Booked in to view a property on Saturday the 18th on January at 1pm but no one attended the viewing and contacted us to inform us they wouldn’t be attending then after ringing them they told me I could book in to view the property at 5:15pm Monday the 20th later that day it appeared on the website that they had the agreed after spending over an hour on the Monday trying to get through they answered and told me that someone had put the deposit down after we were originally meant to be viewing the property so a huge down and no communication from their side to keep us informed or to rectify their mistake

We viewed a house at the weekend which was to let, the pictures were completely different.
