Used to be fab, but really going down the drain.
I have been renting with Colin Bibra nearly 5 years now, the service used to be fab but now they take weeks to get rental checks done (change of tenant in my property). We also received an email from them today to say the landlord had come to a decision about the tenancy and that they would us know what the decision is and then absolutely nothing! Are we homeless?!

They are terrible!
I complained no response, they cannot even follow their own complaints procedure, which is also severely lacking being open and transparent and implemented without conflict of interest and proper procedures.
They did not even respond to a solicitors letter.
The management service is all about minimal work for them by implementing majority vote which should not always be used as this means it is open for abuse, oppression and prejudice for the financial benefit of others. Which is the case for me.
Terrible terrible terrible! Stay away!
In my opinion they are unlawful and are oppressive in their actions.
They do not act in the best interest of the block and in fact are divisive in their approach, rather than bringing freeholders together to work for the benefit of the block.
They have moved office to Gunnersbury, Acton

Colin Bibra Estate Agents Limited – Complaints Handling Procedure Our complaints policy We are committed to providing a high-quality service to all our clients. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards. If you have a complaint, please let us know the details in writing, either by letter or email. What will happen next? 1. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint by letter or email within three working days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure. 2. We will then investigate your complaint. This will normally involve passing your complaint to the manager of the relevant department (sales, lettings, property management or estate management), who will review the matter and speak to the member/members of staff involved. 3. Within fifteen working days of your complaint being sent, we will send you a detailed written reply to your complaint, including suggestions for resolving the matter. 4. If you do not feel your complaint has been resolved, we will then invite you to a meeting during working hours to discuss and resolve your complaint.
