Talia Kenney has been AMAZING. From the first viewing, through email contacting, telephone calls.. all the way to the key exchange this week and us moving in, Talia has been the perfect estate agent. We never had to wait any longer than a day for contact and she helped us out to make sure everything went smoothly. Moving to a new area can be so stressful but Talia made the whole process calm and helped us so that we could be excited about moving rather than stressed.

I was a tenant with CGT Lettings and ended my relationship with them in 2019 as I purchased my first house.
Move forward to 2023 and started to receive emails from them, each time from different staff members for marketing purposes.

Just do not deal with this company. They lie to you
have no compassion or integrity even dealing with us fairly senior tennants who paid the rent on

biased inventory company and the tds scheme is basicaly useless in looking after the tenant, such convoluted rules. If we could sue them we would.
