I would highly recommend Elliott Quinn Estate agents they have been most supportive in selling my parents home with regular updates and looking for the best option although it needed quite a lot of renovation. Matt never gave up hope that the right buyer would come along and through his hard work we sold in just over 4 months from start to finish. Thank you Matt and Lois.

Since moving into our new house with Elliott Quinn Estates, we have had nothing but good experiences! (A breath off fresh air compared to other companies). We have been renting for over a year and i couldnt fault them for anything. They gave us the chance to make the house our own home by allowing us to decorate and being pet friendly. Communication and response time is fantastic, very friendly staff - relaxed and down to earth, reasonable prices. We have settled in so well and would recommend their company to anyone looking to rent around coventry.

As a private Landlord of a small portfolio of properties, from time to time I come across questions or issues that I'm not familiar with. Today I needed help on a matter regarding Right To Rent. I called the Office and spoke to Matt who was really helpful, informative and friendly.
Matt & Louis also helped me in November-December 2022 with advice, support and then finalising credit checks, legal checks and to contract position with my new tenants.
They were approachable, fast to respond to communications both by phone and email and didn't ever make me feel that I was too much trouble for them.
Their fees are fair and at no point did I get the impression that they we only interested in selling me another service.
I will definitely be using them in the future for my business and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

I couldn’t recommend Elliot Quinn enough!
We used Elliot Quinn to sell our property and the support we received from start to finish was exceptional. It was quite a process (through no fault of the estate agent), but knowing we had Matt and Lois in our corner made it much more bearable. From start to finish, the attention and dedication from Lois and Matt was remarkable. We had the first buyers dropping off right before exchange but they both persisted, helped put the house back on the market straight away and throughout the entire time Lois was an invaluable help, pushing solicitors to provide updates, arranging surveys, communicating frequently with us.
