We selected Matt from a number of other estate agents primarily down to his swiftness of response to our initial enquiries. Subsequently Matt executed fantastically throughout the whole transaction, was friendly , set up a group chat to keep us all informed, proactively followed up open questions with the both my and buyers solicitors and was even contactable while on holiday. Got to rate Matt as the best estate agent I have ever worked with , highly recommended and guarantee you will be nothing less that extremely satisfied with his service , approach , style and enthusiasm.
