If you have a complaint about the service you have received from any of the Fyfe Mcdade Ltd staff, please put your concerns in writing (ideally by email) in a letter to the Branch Manager (see below). The correspondence will be acknowledged within 3 working days. The matter will be investigated, and a full response sent to you at the email or postal address provided within 15 working days. If you feel the matter remains unresolved, please address your complaint in writing (ideally by email) to one of the directors of Fyfe Mcdade Ltd who will instigate a thorough investigation and respond to you with a final viewpoint. Fyfe Mcdade is a member of The Property Ombudsman scheme (TPO), and in the unlikely event that you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of the in-house complaints procedure you may refer the matter to the Ombudsman within six months of the final viewpoint. To refer your complaint to the ombudsman, please visit the TPO website (tpos.co.uk) and complete, sign and return a TPO Complaints Form.
