I do feel that the rental screening company employed by Fyfe McDade did not do an adequate job in researching the finances available to rent the unit. They actually did not request any financial documentation whatsoever which I found perplexing. Had they asked for financial information, I've no doubt we would have been able to secure the flat with a payment of six months in advance as anticipated rather than the entire year.
The bottom line is that Connor found a perfect flat and worked beautifully with us to make it happen. It was a pleasure working with him.

I am so glad we followed my sister's recommendation to sell our flat through Alex at Fyfe McDade. I had been trying to sell my flat unsuccessfully for several years without success, before approaching Alex at FyfeMcdade's Bloomsbury branch.
From the get go he was absolutely honest in the valuation and comprehensive marketing approach to take, which was professionally prepared, prior to going to market.
He found me a buyer on the first day of marketing as per his recommended approach (which after years of non-success from other estate agents was just excellent).
However, it was not until the sale process proceeded that Alex showed his "true colours" in the way he chased the sale from all angles all the way through to completion.
All this said, it's the small stuff too, like always answering his phone when at all possible, forging relationships with lawyers, surveyors and other pertinent parties to smooth the process, always answering my questions with interest, having the comprehensive answer right to hand most of the time, and fighting successfully like no-one else to preserve the initially agreed sale price. A real broker and highly recommended.

Fyfe McDade has been managing a rental property for me over the past several years, and I couldn't be happier with them.
Funmi is extremely organized, courteous, and responsive; she successfully managed several unexpected (and quite challenging) issues with the property throughout the past year. As I live overseas, I have come to rely on her to manage the flat in my absence and I completely trust her to stay on top on all problems (no matter how big or small) and keep me fully informed.
Likewise Alex's is very professional and courteous, and knowledgeable. He has been a source of great advice over the years especially as a first time landlord in helping me navigate the market.
I would highly recommend Fyfe McDade to anyone else and look forward to a continued partnership with them in the years to come.

I've just sold my flat with Fyfe McDade and I must say they where absolutely fantastic. I was with Alex in the Bloomsbury branch and he was just so great. Totally on the ball with everything and really went above and beyond numerous times. The sale was quite complex and Alex stepped in to smooth various issues with both mine and the buyers solicitor, I honestly don't think the sale would have gone through without him keeping a vigilant eye on it and stepping in when required. Alex is the consummate professional and worth more than I paid!

If you have a complaint about the service you have received from any of the Fyfe Mcdade Ltd staff, please put your concerns in writing (ideally by email) in a letter to the Branch Manager (see below). The correspondence will be acknowledged within 3 working days. The matter will be investigated, and a full response sent to you at the email or postal address provided within 15 working days.
If you feel the matter remains unresolved, please address your complaint in writing (ideally by email) to one of the directors of Fyfe Mcdade Ltd who will instigate a thorough investigation and respond to you with a final viewpoint.
Fyfe Mcdade is a member of The Property Ombudsman scheme (TPO), and in the unlikely event that you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of the in-house complaints procedure you may refer the matter to the Ombudsman within six months of the final viewpoint. To refer your complaint to the ombudsman, please visit the TPO website (tpos.co.uk) and complete, sign and return a TPO Complaints Form.
