I would highly recommend Fyfe Mcdade and Alex who managed the sale of my property. Alex understood the local area and everything that made my place special and was able to communicate that value to the buyers. Alex is a real professional, making the whole process of selling a property very smooth. He was always available, continuously kept me updated and was action orientated and on top of everything. What makes Alex and Fyfe Mcdade standout in my view is excellent customer service, real local knowledge, strong commercial understanding to bring value to both sides, and a great culture that is reflected in their team. Many thanks to Alex and all at Fyfe Mcdade for the great work.
Very reasonable
If you have a complaint about the service you have received from any of the Fyfe Mcdade Ltd staff, please put your concerns in writing (ideally by email) in a letter to the Branch Manager (see below). The correspondence will be acknowledged within 3 working days. The matter will be investigated, and a full response sent to you at the email or postal address provided within 15 working days.
If you feel the matter remains unresolved, please address your complaint in writing (ideally by email) to one of the directors of Fyfe Mcdade Ltd who will instigate a thorough investigation and respond to you with a final viewpoint.
Fyfe Mcdade is a member of The Property Ombudsman scheme (TPO), and in the unlikely event that you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of the in-house complaints procedure you may refer the matter to the Ombudsman within six months of the final viewpoint. To refer your complaint to the ombudsman, please visit the TPO website (tpos.co.uk) and complete, sign and return a TPO Complaints Form.
