I have numerous letting properties with Homesure and after a poor customer service experience, I left a ONE STAR review. I received numerous phone calls and emails from Homesure asking me to retract this from Trust Pilot as it looked bad on their ratings. They sent an email stating that due to the onestar review, they feel it is no longer viable to our working relationship. This response has further validated another ONE STAR performance. Joe McGown from lettings is the reason this review, and it is a shame how one single employee can severely damage the otherwise strong reputation of Homesure. This employee is a CLOWN 🤡 and deserves a job at Billy Smart's Circus

From the initial property viewing to completion, Homesure have been extremely helpful throughout the whole process.
They have kept me informed and were always happy to help with any queries I had along away, offering advice and guidance.
A special thank you to Lucy and Tia whom I dealt with most; however, the whole team are a credit to the company.

What on earth can i say about these beautiful and wonderful people....
Firstly i had so much doubt that i would beable to buy my home i was previously renting, dave and alex reassured me through every step of the way i was so nervous and basically didnt have a clue but the help and support i got was unbelievable.
Secondly, i feel i have made a new friend for life, i will pop in from time to time when im in prescott for a coffee, as its a pleasure to of actually got to know you two.
Thirdly, i cannot explain in words how you both have made us both feel, we now have a place to call home, we have a place to raise our two children and we have a place to actually be proud of.
Finally, you both will always have a special place in both our hearts as we couldnt of acheived this without you.
From our home to you both thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We recently purchased our first home through Homesure and they were fantastic from start to finish. The purchase went through really quickly and we were kept well informed throughout.
