I have numerous letting properties with Homesure and after a poor customer service experience, I left a ONE STAR review. I received numerous phone calls and emails from Homesure asking me to retract this from Trust Pilot as it looked bad on their ratings. They sent an email stating that due to the onestar review, they feel it is no longer viable to our working relationship. This response has further validated another ONE STAR performance. Joe McGown from lettings is the reason this review, and it is a shame how one single employee can severely damage the otherwise strong reputation of Homesure. This employee is a CLOWN 🤡 and deserves a job at Billy Smart's Circus

My reasons for moving were quite emotional but Homesure made the whole process so easy and sold my house within a week. Tia is a wonderful asset to your team, talking me through the offers received and even ended up recommending the house I ended up buying.

From James first coming to view our house to advise on selling price and what final decoration was needed, right through organising viewings, to concluding the sale, everyone we've been in contact with at HomeSure has been exceptional. This is our first house sale, so we had many queries, all of which were responded to promptly and clearly.
As well as our first contact - James - we've also had contact at with Jim, Mal, Nick and Alex, all of whom are to be commended. And a special shout out to Tia, who does amazing work, and provides good advice and terrific support.
If we sell again, Homesure will be our first choice of agent.

We've tagged Jim and Tia below as they were the ones with whom we had most contact. However, it is worth saying that everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, polite and keen to help (especially other James who helped us with a couple of things). Even if someone didn't have an answer for us they would always find out and get back to us quickly.
Should also mention that Homesure were our letting agents for about 4 years before we sold the house. As such we would also commend the lettings and maintenance teams. They made being a landlord feel easy. So would recommend Homesure in all departments.

Having never previously sold a property before knowing which Estate Agents to use was a daunting challenge. Fortunately for me I could not have chosen a better one to use. The pictures which were taken to advertise the property online were of real high quality and on the first day of viewings I had 5 separate people attend who were all serious about buying which was really reassuring. In advance of the viewings Homesure had gone through a stringent process with each potential buyer to make sure they weren't sending out any timewasters. Cut a long story short the property sold on the first day of viewings and went for comfortably above asking price. All Homesure employees who I liaised with throughout this process were brilliant and could not have done more to get the sale completed through liaising with the buyer, myself and our respective solicitors. Jim, Tia and James in particular are brilliant at what they do. I will definitely be telling everyone to use Homesure when selling a property.
