AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Especially dealing with Luke Seymour who can only be described as an arrogant, incompetent, sarcastic and unprofessional agent. He is someone that doesn’t listen whatsoever, doesn’t reply to emails promptly, reluctantly wanting to help. This company only cares about getting its money and couldn’t give a crap about its clients. Jobs were logged in the property we rented but soon deleted, issues were raised but never sorted out as ‘they were our problem’, which they weren’t. The jobs that did get fixed took ages and again they were reluctant in doing so.
There is a severe lack of customer service especially with Luke, I would strongly advise a customer service course for this inhuman person, who lacks empathy and understanding.
Oakfield will make up charges for not giving back your deposit, including charges with products weren’t up to standard, creating issues that were never there in the first place or for very minor things like a finger mark on the glazing, I would recommend not breathing if you move into a place with Oakfield as the likelihood of being charged for this is extremely high.
Summarising, I will never use this company again, even if I was desperate.

Above all other agents, Oakfield had by far the most properties available for viewing, AND which were directly tailored to our needs. Very impressive. As soon as we registered they were quickly on our case. We have found them to be most efficient, honest, clear and personable, and they adjust things to accommodate us, not them. We are still pre-contract but know all will end happily.

I have been dealing with Casey to arrange for new tenants to rent my property, and I couldn't be more pleased that I have enlisted Oakfield's services. From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted warmly and Kyla kindly helped me in Casey's absence.
I cannot praise them both enough. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. Everything has been actioned quickly and they have been contacting me and keeping me updated all the time. There has been no reason for me to call them to chase anything as they are really on the ball. I would definitely use their services again and would highly recommend their services to others.

I rented a house through this agency.
A huge bush (about 3m) was near the front door. It gave some privacy at the entrance. You would open a door and hardly see from the street. During the negotiation, I was told our Landlady would ask someone to trim the bush. I asked the agent not to trim it dramatically because we wanted some privacy.
Today I was shocked to see that the bush was radically trimmed with no single leave remaining.
So, it seems like the agent ignored this matter and didn't pass my message to the Landlady; or just didn't follow up.
As a result, we can see the whole street from the front door, no more privacy, which was one of the reasons we rented this house.
Tia, our manager, even didn't say sorry. Poor communication.
A lady from the agency called me later, saying sorry and stuff like that, asking at the end to remove the negative review because it costs them a lot.
But no one cared about the cost of negative emotions and frustration to my parents' health; I rented the house for them.
