From day one, we had a set idea of what we wanted to achieve wit
h our company. We have always believed that the single most vital ingredient to making our company successful is customer service with constant and never ending improvement.
Pinewood was formed in 2004, opening its first office in Chesterfield. We began by offering property management and residential lettings in the Derbyshire area, soon expanding to Sheffield, South Yorkshire. Five years on, we have established ourselves as a customer friendly letting agents.
So from the beginning, we have set out to make sure we offer the highest quality brochures, the latest technology, and constant contact with all our clients and as much advertising as is needed to name just a few. as a go ahead property management company and letting agents, we know ourselves that the devil is in the detail.

I have been using Pinewood to find tenants for several years and the service has been outstanding.
Communication is always friendly and prompt. Staff consistency within the office is a definite bonus in building a good working relationship, so much so that I have now entrusted Pinewood to manage my property which I have always been reluctant to do after a bad experience with another agent.
I would especially like to commend Tracey Taylor for her assistance and recommend her as a point of call.

When I was selling my house I met with a few estate agents, I decided to go with Ellie for many reasons she was familiar with the area, she was very understanding and sensitive to my situation, Ellie kept in contact with both me and my ex and and kept us up to date with everything, that was going on, even through lockdown Ellie continued the contact with us from her home, when our buyers lost their first buyers Ellie was determined to find some new buyers so that our chain could continue in the current situation it wasn’t easy for her but she was amazing, I can not Thank Ellie enough

I can thoroughly and honestly recommend Pinewood letting agents. Every experience whether it be first letting or re-letting has been easy and professional. I am kept up to date with relevant information but not bombarded with trivial stuff.
The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and eager to please. Even the fees are fair. Compared to other agencies who my friends use I pay less and receive more in the first class service given.
The letting scene is a bit of a minefield now and Pinewood guide me through it effortlessly and always with a smile. One of the best decisions I've ever made. Thank you team. Especially Ellie and Tracey

When solicitors were about as useful as a chocolate kettle, she was the one asking the questions we wanted asking and getting the answers we needed, she was empathetic throughout and without a doubt the only reason my partner and I are currently laying on the floor of our living room in our very first house together, so from the bottom of our hearts thankyou Ellie!!
