Absolutely NIGHTMARE ending the tenancy with them. First they tried to charge me double deposit for moving out 2 months earlier, then I had to chase Alan 10 days to forward my exit report. Absolutely NIGHTMARE ending the tenancy with them. First they tried to charge me double deposit for moving out 2 months earlier, then I had to chase Alan 10 days to forward my exit report. Once I received the exit report, I found out that they spent MY money for a cleaner which cost £70 after I spent 5 hours cleaning the apartment to the standards, but I missed wiping water from the freezer which will take max 10min to wipe and I discussed this with Alan that standard cleaners fee are max £15 per hour so they just charged me £70 without even informing me that there was an issue and I could get this sorted cheaper. I moved out on 31st October and received my deposit back on 22nd November with a charge of £70 for 10 min wipe, so good luck to the future tenants. They will treat you like rubbish once you are not their customer.

Quicklet does what it says on the tin! They have always let my properties quickly providing detail tenant appraisals that are reliable undertaking detailed tenant assessments times.
