Over the duration of our tenancy we have been looked after by Gareth from Quicklet Lurgan and I can honestly say, looked after is exactly how we felt through. The service provided by Gareth from our first viewing, to ongoing response to different matters right through to our time to move on, Garth’s experience was second to none. Professional, efficient and personable. The other guys in the office were also always friendly and responsive to calls and queries and they all made the experience so easy.

I have used the services of Quicklet in Lurgan for 6 years and I have to say I have not had one issue with anything. All of their staff are nice and helpfull.
Never had any issues.
Owners were so good! Sad that they are selling property. Would stay there another 9 years.
Highly recommend it for buying or renting property ?

However at the end of the tenancy they kept our full deposit 475.00 to redecorate! When I attempted to communicate with them they refused to discuss it with me and said they were acting on the landlords instructions. So I contacted TDS N.I - logged a dispute and provided photos that I had taken the day we moved out. We received the vast majority of our deposit back, TDS ruled that they had no grounds to keep a deposit for redecoration.

I used this rental company in 2010 and would not recommend them to anyone. I work for the civil service and moved into a property handled by this crowd with them promising this work would be done and that would be taken care of before I moved in. It came to moving day and they hadn't bothered their backsides to do anything.
The shower in my property had to be retiled and after about 2 months of calls and follow ups I eventually had to actually stop the standing order payments to get them to do any work on the house. When my tenancy ended they tried to withhold my deposit because of damage that had been done to the house (that cold snap we had in 2010 cause one of the rear window panes to snap because of the crappy landlord installed double glazing.
I had reported it to them at the time and they never bothered their asses fixing it. I managed to get my deposit back because I had written record of me reporting the damage at the time so there was nothing they could say. But that didn't stop them getting assey to me over the phone after I called multiple times asking when my deposit would be returned.
Beware of these people they are con artists and it doesn't matter what you say as soon as they get you onto a contract they couldn't be bothered afterwards.
