I was appalled when driving up Manor Road which is a narrow residential road at just over 20 miles an hour when the director of this organisation (if you can call it that) decided to try and bully me off the road and tailgate me. He then went on to call me a fat ugly b**** as he was angry that I had slowed him up. When I tried to ignore him as I found his reaction rather childish, womanly and funny... he proceeded to follow me into the convenience store next door to call me further names, cause a scene and tell me that he owns the shop I was in and the shop next door (this for some reason made him feel better than me despite being a middle aged man screaming at a young unresponsive girl in her 20's) and he could do what he want. His behaviour was nothing short of thuggish.. I certainly would not recommend using this agent to anyone

What agent could do to change your mind?

Disgusting behavior, I have never seen anything like this come from a professional setting

If you like rogue agents with hidden fees and charges, bad manners, poor customer service, damn right rude staff and an aggressive manager! Coupled with over pricing properties to secure your intstruction only to waste time marketing and demand of price drops weekly than this is a great agent to use! They have changed their name to Sutherland Esates becuse noone uses them in the local area! Do not use them. Worst agent I have ever dealt with!
