Tony Martin failed after waiting over 3 weeks to supply the name of the solicitor acting for Mr Cook who owns the Plot, adjacent to Platt House. This land is in the process of being sold by Robsons on behalf of Mr Cook, the is now a neighbours dispute regarding the boundary and the septic tank in the centre of the Plot. The septic tank belongs to Platt Houseand access has been denied due to the terrible overgrowth. I visited Robsons on 21 July 2014 & and asked Tony to scan a 4 page letter to Mr Cook, indicating the legal proceedings were starting. I requested that Tong forward the email to me relating to the letter. Dispute numerous phone calls & emails Mr Martin has again failed to do this. Barbara Jones, owner of Platt House Old Amersham
