All Seasons Lettings Agency at first seemed like an easy company to deal with. We found a property to rent, secured it, and the agency even had our issues with the house sorted out for us. But when we moved in, and when we moved out, trouble occurred. It took us nearly a month for them to clear our all of the rubbish and waste from the garden (this included bags of rubbish and old floor panels). We had to constantly phone up and remind them to sort it out. They had not provided a bed for one of our housemates, so he ended up sleeping elsewhere (sofa/shared a bed) for a couple of nights. But the major issue with this company is when you need your deposits back. My housemates and I moved out of the property on June 4th 2014. It is now August 7th 2014, and we have had no sniff of our deposits. It turns out that the managers at All Seasons had put our details into the Deposit Holding Scheme incorrectly. This means that we can't retrieve the cash without Zayne (a manager) writing a formal letter with a copy of the tenancy agreement to them. For nearly 2 months Zayne has said to us that he'll do as such, but has instead forced the work onto us - having us receive letters to send which provide useless because they still need written confirmation from him. After a month and a half of trying, he refuses to pick up our phone calls. The office say that he is 'out of the office' nearly every hour of everyday, and he even ignored a formal letter written by our solicitor. We still haven't had any luck with our deposits, and they are being utterly useless and purposefully difficult in this situation. My advice to you is to use a different agency that will genuinely help you find a property, and that will not act insolvent when your tenancy ends.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
