We are a military family and posted overseas. Because of the difference in time it makes it terribly difficult to communicate so when we do it's imperative that we trust that business will be taken care of. We rely on HAART to look out for our property as thoroughly as possible and it continues to be a nonstop headache. Professionals shouldn't have to be babysat. If we don't stay on top of these people nothing gets done. We were in England in June. Tenants were leaving and new tenants moving in as of August. We had them document in there system, I have the screenshot from the computer, that we needed a quote for a professional cleaning no later than the 5th of August. We walked our property and it had been thrashed by current tenant so a cleaning was a MUST! Nothing had been done. Upon calling HAART to find out why we hadn't received a quote for a professional clean , they had no answer and notified us they had no keys for our property. We just borrowed the keys to make copies at the end of June and handed the keys over personally. No company rents out property without having keys. So not only are they incompetent but they lie to cover their mistakes. This is just our current issue. There's plenty of issues in the past. We are paying for a service that doesn't do anything they promise. It's terribly disappointing!!

Aug 11, 2014We are tenants with Haart and are supposed to be moving into a property in NR4 tomorrow. When we visited the house today to do some final measurements it became clear that it was not fit to move into tomorrow - it clearly had not been cleaned or even visited since the old tenants had moved out, and Haart seemed clueless as to why this was the case. I understand you can't disclose details of your property but we couldn't help noticing the similarities between your review and the experience we have had of Haart and the property we should have been moving into! I understand you can't disclose details of your property but we couldn't help but notice the similarities between your review and our experience of Haart and this property!

Appalling. They tie you up for 4 months worth of rent. Ie £500 pm, they want £2000 in fees before you can leave, be very careful.

I would recommend the agent based on the service received. The fees are a little high. You can't choose the agent though, only the property.
