We sold our home of 25 years using Robin King and also bought our new home through their agency.We had previously used another local agent who had failed to sell our house. The difference with Robin King was huge. Knowledge of the local market,experience of dealing with slightly unusual properties (ours was grade 2 listed in a conservation area) We had numerous viewings and most valuable was the constant stream of communication good and bad with feedback and advice throughout the process. Once we had a buyer in place and were involved with solicitors dealing with the conveyancing there was continued assistance from Robin King's staff chasing up enquiries, checking that finance was in place up and down the chain. They were really proactive and pragmatic. We would not hesitate to recommend them

My wife and I had listed our property with another local agent but after many unsuccessful introductions we felt that this agent was losing interest in marketing our details. We decided to ask Robin King to become our agent and found a different kind of service from the first introduction and throughout the time our property was for sale. The introductions of prospective purchasers by Robin King were encouraging from the first, through to receiving an offer, which was successfully negotiated with a favourable outcome for us. Overall, the regular and helpful contact with different members of the team at Robin King was always reassuring and professional. Our primary contact was Dolan Mullans whose personable approach was very welcome during the sometimes frustrating moments of the selling process. Dolan was well informed and fully engaged with us at key points of the marketing discussions and with the various introductions, through to the exchange of contracts and completion of the sale. The end-to-end experience was one of complete satisfaction and in retrospect, we wish we had entrusted our property for sale with Robin King much sooner.

I contacted Robin King because I just couldn't understand why my property was having lots of viewings but no offers.
Firstly, I was told they would need to look at the Right Move stats, I had never heard of this. The stats showed how many clicks my property was getting.
They advertised my house. Of course, like any estate agent they rang me back with visitors feedback. But, then I received a score sheet, and this was the gold nugget. From this sheet we could see what aspect of the house was generating the most leads. And what wasn't attracting viewers.
I feel Robin King went over and beyond my expectations. There was always someone there to help with any queries. Highly recommend extremely honest and professional.

A property with difficult access, this was always going to be a tough house to sell, and this proved to be the case. However, the staff at Robin King, who were all well versed with the property, never lost their interest and enthusiasm, and we always felt they were doing everything possible to find a buyer. Totally customer focused, they at no time put any pressure on us to reduce price or make concession, but gave sound advice when it was sought. A complete revamp of the brochure was the master stroke that renewed interest and secured a buyer. Dolan was always the key point of contact, but Michael and other members of the team also played their part. Throughout the process we had total confidence in Robin King, and at no time did we feel an urge to change our agent

However, we are human and consequently not perfect, so there maybe times when you need to make us aware of something that hasn’t gone as you might have expected. This step-by-step guide will take you though our complaints procedure: 1. If you have a problem relating to Robin King Estate Agents, please discuss this with one of our branch staff. Our aim is to deal with your problem sympathetically, fairly and quickly. 2. If you feel that the matter is not being resolved to your satisfaction, please ask to speak to the Manager, Dolan Mullans. Dolan will try to resolve the matter on the day you raise your complaint, although further investigation maybe required. 3. If the response by from Dolan does not resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you can ask him to refer the complaint to Robin King; alternatively you can write to him – Robin King, Robin King Estate Agents, 1 The Cross, Broad Street, Congresbury, BS49 5 DG. Your letter should state why you are still dissatisfied and what further action you wish Robin King Estate Agents to take to fully resolve your complaint. Robin will write to you within 3 working days to confirm receipt of your complaint. He may also ask you for additional information if this is required to assist resolving the matter. A formal written outcome of this investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days. This will be accompanied by The Property Ombudsman Consumer Guide. 4. The Property Ombudsman will consider your complaint, taking in to account any points made by you and us.
