The individual agent - and everyone at the agency who has had any contact with me - has been helpful, kind and gone to all lengths to help me through a process which I was both new to and fearful of. I am now sitting back and watching the money go into my bank account! I would strongly urge anyone seeking to improve on interest rates to go down the guaranteed rental route. Although your capital is tied up in the property this can surely only improve in the months/years to come and meanwhile it is attracting what amounts to a good rate of interest while the agency does all the work for you!

Northwood York's agent, Danielle, and her manager, Chris Ray, proved to be exceptional during this transition. They provided unwavering support, understanding the difficult financial circumstances, and even waived off the notice period.
While I regret not securing another property rental agreement with them due to the unavailability of my desired property, I am genuinely grateful to Danielle and Chris Ray for their extraordinary support—an uncommon level of assistance from letting agents.

Also as our landlords decided to sell, Chris @ Northwood York helped us with our situation and worked with us as we went through the process of buying our first house. Really really helpful. Made what could have been quite a scary situation really easy.

I've been very happy with the service I've experienced from Northwood York. All the staff have been helpful, professional, and friendly.
Catherine was very helpful when I was arranging the end of my tendency. Throughout my tendency. Geraldine has been very communicative regarding inspections and would ensure I was aware of her visits by texting as well as emailing.
When I was viewing the property and when prospective tenants came to view the property while I was living there, Donna was always incredibly friendly. This made what are often quite awkward encounters very comfortable.

Great service from all staff especially Donna Barnes. The house even during Covid was quickly marketed. Donna was an absolute star she helped us with the legal requirements ensuring that we had relevant and up to date gas and electrical safety certificates and surveys. Her professionalism is outstanding and we were most impressed with the new style inventory - which leaves neither party in doubt - very clear.
