I have bought through Balgores originally and have been letting through Balgores now for just under 6 years. They have been a good solid agency who have always been at the end of the phone when needed to help and resolve issues. I would have no problem in recommending them and will certainly use them in the future.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with the lettings consultant Luisa Taviani. Who upon meeting me face to face was very unfriendly and unreceptive. I could tell she was not interested in showing me the property or answering my questions and I felt very rushed out the door. I was not informed the property I had enquired about was no longer available and I was being shown a different property. Luisa was unable to tell me when the property would be available or what amenities were included with the property. I had to ask to receive a follow up email with this information which I still have not received. I was asked a number of screening questions prior to the viewing which confirmed I met all the mandatory requirements. It’s unfortunate that after our friendly correspondence via email and telephone her demeanour changed upon meeting me face to face- not sure what her issue was. Really disappointed ☹️

They do not deserve this star either. The worst agency, and the worst services on the letting market.
We have dealt with Toni Jones, and another lady Katrina, I think it's her name, to rent the property in RM2 area. When we saw the property they assured us, the agency will make sure everything will be in perfect working order for our move in. They also assured us, they will carry out a deep clean for the house. Everything was a lie. The house was left completely filthy, with a lot of rubbish left everywhere. It's a pity a can't attach pictures.
Also the thermostat was not working, the toilet sits were broken, the back door was also broken, could not be locked, the oven was not working, the radiator in the bathroom was also broken and leaking, and the worst thing of all the electricity meter is faulty, and the electricity fuse was faulty too. The people from UK Power Network told us,because of the faulty fuse, there was a real fire danger in the house.
So Balgores property group can be suid for negligence and life threatening danger, for all of us living in that house and the neighbours as well. Also there is no complaint policy on their website. People can't make complaints, because after you receive the keys, they don't take any responsibilities for the property.
They only cared to receive their money.

Balgores was the first Estate Agents we contacted. They had recently sold a family members property so seemed the obvious choice.
Jack came round to see us and was very polite and professional. He gave us some very good advice and my house was on the market 2 week's later.
The first Saturday when the viewings commenced was very successful and if I recall over 30 people came to view the house.
Balgores continued to push this property and we had a number of offers and eventually sold my property.
All the staff I dealt with were extremely polite and helpful and I cannot praise them enough.
Jack was brilliant once we had a buyer and kept me informed of the progress on a regular basis.

I met Linwal when he brought prospective Tenanants to the property. Instead of making comments he asked us if we are planning to upgrade the Bathroom and if we have any plans to decorate the house.
When Gloriya answered no he did not make any fuss. As an observer I got his message that the property need some work to be done to get a good return.
We thought about it and, re-decorate the house, upgraded the Bath and added extra Toilet in the top floor.
Linwal got the tenanant at the right Rent and at the rght time.
He is an excellant communicator and negotiator. He is an asset to Balgores
Howard is another senior Membor of Balgores who has sharp eye for details and very good to get the right return for the right property.
