Joseph couldn't have been more helpful and really did everything he could to make the whole process of moving as uncomplicated and straight forward as possible. He's a really nice guy also and I couldn't recommend him and Easy lettings highly enough. Great service.

When a customer enquiries through an email detailing needs and specifications, the agents should at least read it so they don\'t waste their own and the customers time by contacting them and showing them properties the customer is totally not interested in and properties that look totally different from the pictures advertised.

The agent needed to ensure that the viewing was not rushed and the advert itself was not misleading; it would have been easier if the agency was clearly highlighted too, for ease of access.
Agents fees were good, in comparison to major agencies such as Foxtons, who charge £400 as an admin fee. However, as a smaller agency, I felt the £295 fee was a bit too much; considering that agencies of a similar size only charge £100.
