Worst agency ever! We lived here for 2 moths and we have lived without heath or hot water for total 2 weeks. They are not really helping you if you don´t call them at least 5 times per day for 3 days. Today when I came home from work I found out that the toilet was flooded and there is mess all over the bathroom, kitchen and hallway. And I´m pretty sure that they won´t do anything about it. DO NOT rent from this agency!! I know that this is accidents but seriously, not this many in this short time and they are not really helping.
Take away the mess from the floor and give us some heath... obviously thing you should not have to ask for!

The rent was expensive and the internet was absolutely terrible. My contact for reporting problems etc. took weeks to respond. And believe me there were plenty of problems. BAD. The price for rent is not worth the room, the furniture, the internet, and that's without the charges.

Sorry to say , But I am shocked to see that they re the highest rated agency in London. I feel that they run the standard agency trap.
