When Tina came to value my house I found her businesslike and enthusiastic. I felt she was someone I could trust to get the job done. She suggested what I felt was a fair and realistic price. I wanted my house to sell but at the same time I wanted a decent price which, in the end I felt was achieved; Mishon Mackay is not one of those agents who promise you the moon in order to draw you in, and then suggest you drop the price when your over priced house doesn't sell. I was very satisfied with the high number of viewing they achieved and felt the house was well marketed. One criticism I would make was that the 'for sale' board was changed to a 'sold' board and the details taken off the property websites as soon as an offer was made. During the whole process two buyers backed out after they had made offers and I felt it wasn't helpful having sold boards and for sale boards popping up and down outside the house; better to wait until exchange of contracts when the sold board can go up and stay there until the new owners move in.

Almost a year ago Alexandra came to value our flat. Alexandra was very enthusiastic and professional. We were not ready to put our home on the market as we were planning a cross country relocation and needed to find jobs. We liked the fact that although Alexandra touch-based on a regular basis, we never felt pressured to sell. A few months later we were finally ready to sell. Kay took over from Alexandra who went on maternity leave. Again we can't praise Kay's enthusiasm and professionalism high enough. Kay understood that we had a time frame and put things into place immediately. In fact our flat was sold within a week, for a much better price than we could have dreamed of. Kay's experience of buyers and her negotiation skills really paid off. Over the next couple of months we still felt supported as Kay was doing a sterling job in keeping both sides happy. When we bought a place in Sheffield, she went out of her way to liaise with the estate agents up there. We are very thankful to her for all her hard work on our behalf.

This is the third property we have sold via Mishon Mackay and the fact that we have been back to them three times demonstrates how highly we think of the whole team, both at Kemp Town and Seven Dials. They are pro-active and really know their prospective purchaser database so that often viewings are arranged well before any marketing has taken place. All in all we cannot speak highly enough of them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Once Tina took over from Paul she was always the same always ringing me with updates(sometimes more than the solicitor)she always seemed to have a smile on her face (you can tell by a persons voice over the phone)nothing to much trouble for her.
