Disappointed I found the firm/management to be professional but not the employees. Never dealt with a person who was more interested in their commission than helping other people to sale/ buy a property. Not impressed. Lack of experience and staff are not trained properly, at least not when it comes to customer service, approaching potential clients in a rude and aggressive way. The worst estate agent I have ever seen. I personally will never buy,sell or let with them.

100% Excellent! I can't recommend highly enough. Not only did they surpass expectations in getting people through the door and keeping us updated at all times, they truly came into their own after we accepted an offer. I've bought and sold about a dozen properties over the years and Normally once the offer's in it's a case of you having to chase the agent to get updates. Not so here. Chris Titchener their Sales Progression guy was Absolutely Brilliant and couldn't have worked harder and kept us in the loop constantly. Definitely Recommend.
