John has been most helpful throughout our time renting through Romans. From organising viewings, talking through issues with the property, and then arranging to vacate the property, Jon has been a professional at all times. One thing that really stands out is the speed in which Jon gets things done. I would ask a question and within an hour he would have found me an answer. Although we are no longer going to be renting through Romans, I really do recommend them to other prospective tenants.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
