Absolutely appalled with Savi and their way of handling business. £10 just to get a quote and after zero response for days and a cancellation, they claim not to have received it so now I am pay £25 - for a service and document I never actually got. Disgusting. No one to actually speak to and a complete rip off. Stay well clear.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
