I recently rented my property through Steptons and can honestly say I have never been as satisfied with any other agency. This is no typical ''Estate Agency'' They are extremely professional and very knowledgeable in all aspects. I was actually very surprised at how competitive their fees were for a Let Only service especially given how much effort they put into ensuring the tenants were eligible . I would definately pay more. I previously had such a bad experience with the management of my property with certain agencies and therefore decided to manage it myself this time but would not hesitate to hand the management over if and when necessary. Such a diverse and fresh team with constant smiles and politeness. A massive thanks to Steptons!!!

What can I say as soon as I offered on a property within 24 hours the sale was agreed, Sales Memos out.
