Sophie manages my flat in East Ham. I have to say she oozes class and professionalism in every sense of the word. She is responsive and gets things done without hassle. She had ready made tenants lined up for me even before completion of my flat. I have a portfolio of properties and am now tempted to pass management of those properties to Sophie. Highly recommend Sophie to any potential Landlords. She is absolutely the best.

I am really impressed with Steptons Estate agents. I have mainly dealt with Sofy and Faisal but have also spoken with Mitul and Shazu who are equally Professional. I live outside London and have not been able to go into the Branch, however this has never been a problem as any issues arisen have been dealt with very promptly for me by Steptons. I would highly recommend Steptons to all, they hold a very Professional manor, yet very friendly and will go out of there way to help. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
