Out purchase fell through, no fault of our own. The site manager confirmed to us that the extras we paid for had not been ordered nor were going to be given our situation. We paid £810.00 to Redrow for a dishwasher and hob which were never ordered let alone fitted into the property. We asked for a refund but were told by the sales office that their policy states no refunds. We emailed the area manager, Philippa Atwood asking them to reconsider their policy in our case or to provide the items we had ordered and paid for. It seems that their response to this is to simply ignore us. Despite reassurance from Philippa the we would receive a response we have, a month later heard nothing. Our next step is small claims court. Poor customer service to not even respond with their position on this matter. Very disappointed.
What agent could do to change your mind?
No response to our correspondence, poor service.

Shambles of a developer. Unfortunately, I have had a terrible experience with Vale Croft woods, including management, all around really. It feels you are dealing with greedy scammers. From the plans, to the comms, to the website, with shady changes everyday, prices, etc. So many things it is hard top say it all. To the level where they couldn't even copy a full name from a Passport and got it wrong twice after highlighting with the management how poorly was the process being conducted . Bots would do better and are doing better currently. They are so bad that they even shared Redrow costs compared to what they are charging customers during negotiation, feel free to reach out as I can forward the email they sent me. Messed up big time causing a lot of distress to my pregnant wife due to their unprofessionalism.
Stay away from them, buying a house should be a good experience managed by professionals and caring people. Redrow is not it.

Went to have a discussion about investing in Redrow Allerton gardens . We were on time but the saleslady was running late so another sales lady attended to us . She made us wait outside despite the snow and us having an appointment for a few minutes . After going in the office it was not a fruitful experience . As soon as we told her our budget of 750 000 she was wanting to end discussion that our budget was not high enough . I felt she was not interested and a bit biased . We urged to atleast have a look at the show room but her rhetoric was it's out of our budget as it's 850 000 . I had to say In the end that if I like the place , we can stretch our budget ! it felt , As if I was the salesperson, that's their job to inspire , to get a sale !!! Absolutely un- inspired . I was hoping to enter and love the place and book ourselves in , but the sales ladies attitude has turned us off completely. They were not even trying to make a sale ! If that's the attitude now how will it be in future if there are issues

I have been complaining about the poor quality of the soundproofing between my house and the adjoining property. All I have had is a test carried out an email to say it passed regulations. If hearing your neighbours talking, snoring and having your 7-year-old daughter woken up constantly because of these issues as adequate then I have spent very unwisely; incidentally, the neighbours agree and have had the same issues. I am not going to let this go as I feel I have spent a lot of money on a house which fails to provide the basics. Interestingly, there are other sites that provide similarly poor feedback on a list of issues.

DO NOT BUY A REDROW HOUSE!!!!! 5 years in and we're still finding major issues there since build!! 5 years in and we're still finding major issues with our new" home and now were in 2020 we though we'd have the FIRST year in this house with no major work being required to fix major issues!! Newest issue is a bowed roof in 2 places ..except it's not a new issue and has been there since we bought it but we never noticed it ...someone else did now as it appears worse (it's a 3 storey house). Of course, Redrow don't want to know so over to the NHBC but if Redrow think this is the end of it, they have another thing coming. Don't think it's related to them forgetting to insulate the room at all anyway! (early issue, noticed during a snowy winter). People on here with good homes are unbelievably lucky and I hope it lasts for them but this is not the experience of our whole Estate! - please do not buy a Redrow house!

I am absolutely disgusted by Redrow's 'customer services'. Following an initial snag list of several hundred issues, we are still awaiting resolution of many problems some of which date back to 2018.

I am absolutely disgusted by Redrow's 'customer services'. Following an initial snag list of several hundred issues, we are still awaiting resolution of many problems some of which date back to 2018.
These currently include faulty floor tiles that Redrow damaged, acknowledged that they caused the damage but WON'T rectify. Other issues include an internal leak, leaking gutters that have been flagged several times but not resolved. We have been told over a dozen times that the customer services manager Kerrie will be in contact, but she never does. We continue to be fobbed off. It's beyond belief that they can operate like this.

Having bought from Redrow have found their service second time round to be arrogant, aloof and poor. Having bought from Redrow have found their service second time round to be arrogant, aloof and poor. The number of snags picked up in our house shows they have a poor quality control process in place, their service of fixing snags is to debate it with their customers rather than have the ethos the customer is always right and they moved the goal post several times in the purchasing process which made it more stressful than it had to be. They are quick to get their money from reserving a plot to 6 weeks for exchange but then their service after then goes slow. Frankly considering how much they charge for their plots now the number of snags picked up on is appalling-its fine to have some snags to pick up on when you move in but not the number we experienced. Not surprised they have gone from a 4 star rated builder to 3 star
