The service was excellent from the first enquiry I made to final conversation when the transaction was completed. I have bought and sold many properties over the years and in the last four months completed three transactions but this is by far the best agent I have dealt with. When I made the first enquiry I spoke to Josh who was totally committed to customer service, this was followed with conversations with Adam and Robert who demonstrated very professional knowledge of the market, at this point I had decided not to speak to another agent but to place it with them. Danielle was introduced to prepare the details and she did a fantastic job including all of our requests and producing a quality brochure. The sales team got to work and within 6 days the property was sold. Result but the team kept on working and Claudio took over to bring the sale to a completion. This part of the transaction proved to be the most trying but again the professional approach closed the deal to a very very satisfying conclusion. Throughout the transaction every phone Call I made was answered or returned within 20 minutes, everything they said they did and at no time was I every left in the dark. Very simply a very very well run , professional company who I would highly recommend. Thanks jJosh, Adam, Roberts, Matt, Daniele and Claudio a job well don
