I have used Sell a House on Line twice now and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The package they offer including the free legals is a market leader and the friendly efficient service is second to none. I have sold my 2 houses within 2-4 weeks of being live on Rightmove. Cant be beaten!

The upfront fee including Solicitors fees was very reasonable and the fact it then didn't have to come out of the proceeds of sale meant you knew exactly how much you would be getting!

I don't know why anyone would use a high street agent when you get the same and better customer care from sell a house online. Their communication was great, I was updated regularly. They were professional and always returned my calls quickly if they were unavailable.
I had a valuation, pictures, EPC, a board and viewings screened (to make sure they were in a position to buy not just nosey Sunday viewers!) and arranged at a time convenient to me.
Their prices were a small fraction of high street estate agents and although they were based a long way from me they provided as good service as a local one.
I would use them again if I needed to sell a property without question.
