Having secured a very good tenant for our property over 6 months ago on a two year Tenancy Agreement, we needed Mann Countrywide's assistance to make some changes to the Agreement so as secure some re-funding on our property. The Lettings Manager Daniel Bush, who originally secured the tenancy, was extremely helpful and more importantly, positive in his approach which ensured we obtained the changes required without the tenants position being compromised. Dan's practical way forward to resolve the problem and his can do approach was refreshing in an era when obstacles are usually used as an excuse not to help customers and clients. Well done Dan.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
