James Hibbert sold my property for me and did a very, very good job. His response to my queries and many e-mails was prompt and efficient. As I was an overseas owner, good communication through e-mail was the best form of communication for me and James respected that. When it was necessary to speak to me James would not hesitate in calling to confirm details etc. I would definitely ask for James again if I were selling another property. James also went the extra mile after my property was sold and finalised by posting overseas to me a plaque that was on the outside of my flat, which had sentimental value - so he was more than happy to "go the extra mile". Excellent service and advice given throughout the sales process - so I was more than happy.

I have always had a poor regard for estate agent, Your-move only reinforced this with their totally unprofessional attitude. They treat tenants poorly and expect we do all the work for them.
