I used WellingtonWise to sell my property in Fenstanton, they managed to secure me a buyer within a few weeks of marketing and always conducted themselves in a professional manner. They produced a good set of details and always take very good photos over other agents which always set their details apart from the rest. They conducted all the viewings for me and always got back to me with the feedback from the viewings the day after. I found their 'after sale' approach very proactive and often chased the solicitors for me giving me regular updates. In the past I have found other agents tend to go quiet once they have put a buyer in place. I wouldn't hesitate to use WellingtonWise again.

I was not impressed with the company. Promised to market with 360 degree video - never happened. Staff were rude and impatient. A friendly, professional attitude with knowledge of the property they are giving a viewing on. Offers to be recorded in writing and given to the seller within 24hrs with the buyer notified of the decline or acceptance as soon as possible.
