We rented a property through Sawyer and Co which then transferred across to Mishon Mackay as a result of a landlord change. I have to say, compare to Sawyer and Co, they were a breath of fresh air. Emily talked us through everything regarding the sale of the property of which we were still tenants. She also helped us through the move out process. Maria completed the check out and deposit refund which was painless and simple- exactly what you require when you have moved home and have other things to focus on. Finally, an estate agency which responds to emails in a personable manner and deals with you as human beings. Cannot comment on their fees or initial dealings as we did not experience this. Thanks for all your help.

We really enjoyed our tenancy at Clifton Hill, Brighton - great flat & location! We were nothing short of impressed with the level of service that we received from the MM maintenance team. Despite some ongoing issues with the boiler, they were always patient and attentive with all of our questions and concerns. Anyone who knows me will attest to the fact that I can be very demanding, and a bit annoying at times... so not the easiest person to deal with :). The whole staff is great, but special shout out to Maria for always being friendly on the phone and being very efficient with our requests!

Mishon's have looked after my flat since I first rented it. They are thorough, professional and just get the job done. I would recommend them to anyone. My flat has been rented for 18 months and most importantly they have found me another two really nice tenants who will look after my property for a further 12 months. They successfully marketed and rented it in 3 days and it in two years it's been empty for 1 week (which I insisted in so I could redecorate) . I would not go anywhere else.

I can honestly say Mishon Mackay were the best agents I have ever rented with, and I have rented about 20 times! Maria Vrahnaki was our first point of call for anything maintenance related and she could not have been more courteous or efficient. Whenever anything went wrong she sorted it out promptly and without fuss. We were renting for nearly 2 years and didn't want to leave Mishon Mackay's care! We have been renting a flat through MishonMackay for about 6 months now.
We needed to move in quite quickly and they were very helpful in quickly resolving issues to do with securing references quickly and modifying the contract.
Their survey of the condition of the flat prior to moving in was the most thorough I have ever seen.
We have had several minor issues with the flat, and they have always responded promptly and resolved the issues as efficiently as possible (the only slow part of the process being approval from the actual landlord). When our boiler broke on a Sunday they sent a plumber on the Monday.

We have been renting our flat out with Mishon Mackay since Nov 2013. Overall we have had an excellent experience with them and we feel that they are fair and reasonable to both us as landlords and to the tenants. They provide balanced, professional advice and respond quickly to emails and any issues at the flat. Specifically, we were very impressed when our flat suffered a leak from an issue with the upstairs flat over Christmas. Our agent, Maria, was in touch with our tenants and us on Boxing Day and very proactive in trying to resolve the problem. Not only did she try and contact the owners of the upstairs flat (who were away for Christmas) and ensure that the leak was stopped as quickly as possible, she also completely managed the insurance claim and redecoration of the flat. A trust worthy, reliable and professional company - thank you to them.
