What a hellish experience I have faced with this estate agents, especially Prabs. I rented a property from Ashley King for a year and whilst that whole year was relatively OK, getting my deposit back has been a nightmare. Prabs has on multiple occasions quoted me the cost of several items by email and when I referenced my tenancy agreement I noticed that the fees were completely different. When I called him out on this he just ignored my emails. It got so bad that I had to threaten legal action to get the ball rolling but I once that started any sense of customer satisfaction was gone out of the window because I was no longer renting one of their properties.

Apr 14, 2016Dear Elvige, Thank you for your kind comments, as you are aware we had a independent Inventory & check in , carried out at the property upon moving in and a check out upon you vacating the apartment, there were a number of issues and damages, the quotes were from independent handyman and contractors, the amount quoted was on a fair basis which you agreed too besides a small amount for dining table chairs which were 1 year old upon moving and ripped upon moving out, nonetheless i appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best.
