The team at Park Lane estates are absolutely outstanding, particularly in our recent dealings with both Alison and Robert. They are thoroughly service focused and they know their market. They have been managing our rental property since late 2009 and have provide 5-star service throughout. We live offshore in Australia so this is no mean feat. Always in contact with us and the tenants, the process has been smooth and professional. Recently they have sold the property for us and predicted the market and value extremely well so we had a fast sale. During the sale process we have been constantly been informed with up to date advice and have gone the extra mile assisting us from our remote location. We definitely recommend them. Well done and thank you for your years of valuable service.

Robert came with our good friend Terry Rich to view the house which we had rented out, prior to putting it on the market.
The advice received cost me several hundreds of pounds but was worth every penny..
Robert is efficient and a consummate professional in both attitude and deed, he works hard and keeps the buyer and purchaser fully in the loop.

I have dealt with many Estate Agents in my time, either moving myself, or selling renovated property, but I have to say Robert from Park Lane Estates was the best. He was attentive, never failed to communicate, even if just to say there was no update as yet and actually took an interest in what he was selling. Believe me, I have had many an estate agent just stand in a property and just say have a look, tell me when your finished! He went above and beyond what an estate agent does. I feel there should be some sort of bonus for his calibre of estate agent, as they are few and far between. If I were his employers I would take good care of Robert as he is one of their best assets! I will recommend Park Lane, purely on the service I have received from him.

Robert and Alison are both friendly honest people who do everything they can to help. As a first time buyers, we didn't really know anything however Robert and Alison explain everything and eased the process by chase this up when this get complicated
