I was very impressed with how professional, friendly and knowledgeable all the staff were at the Dixons branch in Quinton Birmingham. As a first time buyer I was very apprehensive about my first house purchase, however, it all went smoothly due to the knowledgeable staff, who were always prepared to answer my questions and give honest advice. I would recommend this estate agents to my family and friends. A huge thank you to the staff at Dixons.

I had a viewing booked for a property to buy in Birmingham. The agent (form Dixons) cancelled my viewing because I was not happy to show my proof of fund before being able to view the property (let aside placing an offer on it). The 5th EU’s Fifth Money Laundering Directive clearly states that real estate agents are required to ask for this information when a buyer has already placed an offer on a property.

Dale is definitely the best sales negotiator I've ever met with so far.
1. During the first time viewing, he also suggested other properties for viewing together to save some time, took notes to figure out what should be our desired house, and tailored the properties for viewing in future.
2. The next impressive part is he even remembered to ask if we still want a 2nd viewing for a property which has just returned to the market in time (almost 3 weeks after the 1st viewing).
3. And the most impressive part is his sincerity. Although we're currently not considering Quinton area, he's still happy to help arrange for his colleagues from other branch to contact and help with our property search.
We highly recommend Dale Williams, and Dale will always be our first contact person whenever we need to go back to Quinton surroundings.

Today my house has been sold subject to contract. I won't be celebrating until the sale has been completed, however I have to say Aaron at Dixon's in Quinton has worked hard to gain this sale.
After an unfortunate episode with a withdrawn offer last week he has made it his mission to find me a buyer, and - so far, so good - appears to have succeeded.
Throughout I have found Aaron to be approachable, reliable and good humoured. On one occasion when I visited the office without warning, I found Aaron actually engaged in talking to a prospective buyer about my property. He is also prepared to do little extras like picking up the junk mail and even found me a local gardener.
