Property selling can be stressful at the best of times, especially without good advice. Having just sold a property in the Shepherds Bush area, I was extremely impressed with the local Winkworths office who were helpful and professional from their first visit to value the property, giving advice on marketing the property, and seeing the whole process through to completion. Their experience and knowledge of the area proved invaluable ; nothing was too much trouble for them and between the whole team a lot of the hassle and stress was taken out of the entire process.

Key advantages to using Liz over other estate agents are:
1) I think she might actually care about providing a good service (on several occasions, she went over and above what was required in order to be helpful: even after completion, which is a rare thing and really made my life easier);
2) She has a good list of contacts that she can draw on and gets lots of suitable buyers through the door for viewings quickly.
I would definitely recommend her.

I've known Ben for 12+ years and dealt with him on a few occasions. George I've had the pleasure of dealing with on our most recent sale of our flat in W6. Both gentlemen are a pleasure to work with and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. On our sale George managed our expectations and kept us up to date as best he could on what proved a difficult and drawn out process. Especially living abroad in Australia, this made things a lot less stressful for us. Ben was also instrumental throughout this sale process (and 12 years ago when he sold us the flat) and has been nothing but the professional throughout. It is a shame I won't get to deal with either gentlemen again however I know they'll do well as they always put the customer first.
