Friendly and professional to deal with, kept us up to date at all times, and prompt in getting viewing feedback to us. Our house had been on the market for nearly a year with another agent, but sold within a month or so of changing agents, due, I think to a much more realistic approach to price, followed by the good work of the agency to secure our sale.
