Entirely unenthused. We were not told that a property we were meant to be viewing had in fact been let the day before. Was told a cock and bull story that the agent had intended to call us when previously I was told they had the incorrect details for me. The only way we found out the property was not available was by calling to check in with the company who failed to send any sort of confirmation of the viewing. When I stated that this was not on the person on the phone said 'well now you know' as if that is in any way appropriate when we were planning on travelling into London to view the property. Then the man on the phone hung up, cutting me off. Impossibly rude and unhelpful service. Just because a tenant is not looking at one of your more expensive properties does not mean they do not deserve to be treated with respect. I would NOT recommend this company and I will be placing this complaint on as many sites as I can find.

I only managed a year of having Peach Properties manage our flat before I had to change. *
I found them nearly impossible to communicate with. Often I would have to repeat myself 6 or 7 times with no response, they would send emails shouting IN ALL CAPS bizarrely.
Regularly they would hand the keys to my flat out to workmen/plumbers/staff members without informing or clearing with me, strangers would walk into the flat unexpectedly which was horrible, despite me reminding them that this was not on.
They made up some insane fees for tenants when they wanted to leave, trying to extort £400 from people for moving out!!
Tried to get their mate who's a builder involved in a refurb and quoted the most insane cost - three times what we ended up going with in the end.
Unprofessional, dense rip off merchants in my experience. There's a LOT of better agents out there!

I cannot recommend Nancy highly enough... She is simply the very best letting agent I have worked with in 30 years, in multiple cities and in multiple markets, she is genuinely very very good. Why do I say that? she achieved close to 30% higher than any other agent said was possible, which is always nice. She was always available. She was always positive and cheerful and optimistic. She is an incredibly creative problem solver. My rental was pretty complex in many ways, but nothing ever defeated her. And the bigger the challenge the more she rose to it. I can't say enough positive things about her or my experience with Peach because of her.
