Rented through acorn for two years, with very much support n help whenever we needed, but when we gave notice, we left the property in such a manner, that it can be rented straightaway. But they were not happy which is very usual I guess, and everyone wants to make money before they leave someone. They wanted to charge us £100 out of our deposit, which we didn't agree.so we decided to take this issue to Tenancy Deposit Scheme. But then we started getting threatening emails saying if we take it to TDS, they will charge us more and Sally writer took this very personally and she was quite racist while dealing with us. And Sameway, TDS didn't help us as well, they allowed landlord to review the property again, then they put a charge of £300, which was not mentioned at all anywhere that the landlord has the privilege to even increase the money they want to rob from people. Even after taking all the stress, giving all the evidences, still they manage to get what they wanted. But too much annoyed n disappointed how agent dealt with us n how TDS favoured landlord making more money. Shame on ACORN. Robbers
Very bad

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
