I sold my house with Allen and Harris while living overseas and everything went extremely well. Excellent communication throughout and a quick sale of my house. The reason it isn't 5 stars though is the Manager tried to get me to sign up to the 1000 pound buyer incentive scheme without explaining it to me first. He just put an x beside the signature box to get me to sign it. Luckily I read through the print first without signing and then asked for more details which were provided. I then decided to opt out of the scheme which costs me 1000 pounds of my sale price in order to help the buyer chose Allen and Harris to do their mortgage etc. Be careful of this.
