Great Service - i actually went in to thank the team last week for dealing with my mums property for the last 6 years. All friendly and professional. very unfair comments from the other people. if in doubt speak with them direct. i can not say enough about how goofd they and the sakes team were.

LANDLORDS AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They will send GAS AND CARE round to your house. Gas and care have a contract with DDM, and have a reputation for ripping people off. But DDM don't care about that, they still use them cause they are cheap, showing no care at all for the landlords they rent... Read Full Review

Poor and insufficient communication riddled with spelling and grammatical errors. Very slow to liaise between tenant & landlord. Provide an efficient service with communication from the agent that comes in a timely manner without landlord initiation. Provide excellent customer service that justifies the management fee. Offer compensation for mistakes or redemtion of some of the fee for incompetencies.
