Useless, unprofessional, money grabbing. Fight to get deposit back. Horrible experience.

Mar 9, 2012Wr do our best to retunr the deposit as soon as possible and the only hold up is where there has been a dipute which are far and few between or if we are waiting for a contractor to complete a job that the tenant is responsible for. On occassions the tenant has refused to ok a job and has delayed the deposit.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
