Gary took me under his wing when I was buying my property through Haart. He was absolutely excellent, he reassured me when things got tense, commiserated when completion was pushed back, was a force in ensuring all parties were working together and always had time to answer my endless list of questions. Gary is excellent and I highly recommend him.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

with Haart the initial fee is not a problem. BUT, Haart’s miscommunication and incompetence and unprofessional duty of care put me under emotional and financial stress. Instead of taking responsibility for their miscommunication, they manipulated the situation!

I totally agree with the above, whatever you do , DO NOT use this agency, unprofessional and dishonest is the right description for them. We have rented a property through HAART Wimbledon, we've paid over £100 for initial tenancy agreement and fees for the renewal of the contract every year to... Read Full Review
