My property was managed by the lettings office in Springhead for 18 months. The service and response levels of the team were poor and the team didn't respond in a timely manner to the tenant either. When I emailed to say I was ending my agreement as a result of the poor service they insisted on the full 3 months despite the fact they were in my opinion breach of their contract. They only considered me to have officially terminated once I had re-confirmed in writing a second time that I was ending the agreement with them. It's a month since the agreement ended and I'm still chasing for the 3rd time for the inspection reports under their management and the Gas certificate for the property to be sent to me. Terrible service. The only reason they get 2 is that on the sales side of the business they offer a decent service. Don't use these guys for lettings, they do nothing for you.
