Very happy with Abbotts Lettings so far, found me a tenant within 5 days, kept me update throughout, communication has been good also. Would recommend.
Expensive agents fees however you get what you pay for, so far so good

Do not use this firm. Including Branch Manager no one returns your calls. They reel you in with an unrealistic price and then within 4 weeks can be looking to reduce the price by 10% and then a further 10% 4 weeks later.
