Unprofessional, unhelpful and accusing of issues that were there when I moved in even though it was reported in the inventory not dealing with issues when reported. At the end of the tenancy between her and the landlady accused me of painting the front door number black, it is black on the original inventory,not happy with that, she dug out an old photo which was totally different to the original and started up again after I filled out and accepted the return of my deposit

Sep 28, 2016I am sorry you feel that my service was not satisfactory. The front door issue was resolved and agreed this was not something you did and therefore nothing was deducted from your deposit in regards to this matter and was no further action was taken.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
